After weeks of negotiations and drama, it seems that Arsenal are close to completing the signing of Ukrainian winger Mykhaylo Mudryk.
After exclusively reporting that Arsenal had submitted a third bid for the player yesterday, Fabrizio Romano has now confirmed that the offer stands at €70 million in guaranteed fees, with bonuses between €20-25 million.
Player terms have been agreed for weeks, and the player can’t wait to join Arsenal – as he’s shown clearly in recent Instagram likes and stories.
